This quiet and cozy studio loft is newly renovated located in the Tahoe Donner HOA in the Tahoe Donner Downhill Ski Area. This studio is complete with a king-size bed in the upstairs loft, full bathroom, kitchenette, comfy L shaped couch with a sofa bed and a flat-screen smart TV mounted on the wall included with a Roku.

This desirable location is within close proximity to several other mountains and attractions.

* Tahoe Donner Amenities: The Trout Creek Rec Center is several miles down Northwoods Blvd so you will have to drive there. Vacation Rentals Guests do not have access to the Ski Bowl HOA amenities or pool. You will be provided with 6 guest passes that will allow discounted, daily use of the Tahoe Donner Amenities. Each pass is good for one person, children 3 and under are excluded. STR guests may be required to make reservations during peak season or may be denied access based on availability. Daily prices for STR guests are subject to change and enforced by the Tahoe Donner HOA, not Tahoe Vacation Rentals.

This includes usage of the pools, hot tub, children's play center, tennis, downhill skiing, cross-country skiing, snow play area, golf, driving range, beach access at nearby Donner Lake, boat rentals, fitness center, horseback riding, campground, and an extensive system of hiking trails.

PROPERTY NOTES
* The kitchen has no stove or dishwasher but has plenty of cookware and equipped with two hotplates. The microwave is also a small convection oven.
* We provide a starting supply of toilet paper, paper towel, and laundry detergent, but recommend bringing extra for longer stays.
* We do not provide shampoo / conditioner / or body wash although there could be some left from previous guests.
* We recommend 4 x 4, AWD, or carrying snow chains in the winter months.
* There is no air conditioning in this rental.

* Parking: You will have access to the 2 guest parking passes that are linked with the property you are staying in. Parking is outside and first come / first serve.
