Downstairs you'll find the living room complete with sofa bed, 48" flat screen TV and a gas fireplace. The dining area, laundry room and guest bathroom are also on this level. Upstairs are the three bedrooms and two full baths. There is a deck with seating and a BBQ.

The HOA has a year round hot tub and sauna that ski lease tenants will have access to. There are a couple beaches just a short walk away and a bike path that you can use to get into Tahoe City. Two cars can be parked in front of the condo and there is an overflow parking lot for guests.
