For winter sports enthusiasts, both Palisades Tahoe and Northstar are just a short drive away, making it easy to hit the slopes. On the downstairs level you'll find the beautifully remodeled kitchen complete with granite counter tops, glass backsplash, stainless steel appliances, gas range, and breakfast bar. The living room is spacious with a sofa bed, 48" flat screen TV, and a Creekstone gas fireplace. Off the dining area, step out onto the deck with seasonal seating and a gas BBQ. This main floor also has a laundry area and guest bathroom.

The second level of the home has three bedrooms and two full bathrooms. The primary bedroom has a king bed, walk in closet and ensuite bath with separate shower room and sink area. The second bedroom has two twin beds, and the third bedroom has a queen.

The Lake Forest Glen HOA features two swimming pools, tennis courts, pickleball courts and a playground in the summer. The hot tub and sauna are open year-round!

PROPERTY NOTES
* Decks and BBQ may not be available during winter months and areas may be icy.
* We provide a starting supply of toilet paper, paper towel, and laundry detergent, but recommend bringing extra for longer stays.
* We do not provide shampoo / conditioner / or body wash although there could be some left from previous guests.
* We recommend 4 x 4, AWD, or carrying snow chains in the winter months.
* There is no air conditioning in this rental.

SHORT TERM RENTAL - PLACER COUNTY REQUIREMENTS
* STR Permit Number: STR22-5825
* Max Occupancy: 8 people ages 12 and older. Children under 12 are exempt.
* Parking is limited to 2 vehicles in front of the condo. Overflow parking available. There is no street parking at any time, including boats and trailers.
* Quiet Hours: 9PM - 8AM
* Fines for violations range from $1,500 - $5,000 for violations of the STR ordinance.
