This welcoming condo is ideally located on Dollar Hill, just minutes from the sandy beaches of Lake Tahoe and the charming town of Tahoe City.

During the summer months, enjoy a quick drive to the dog-friendly Skylandia Park and Lake Forest Beaches—both just over a mile away if you prefer to walk. For a bit more adventure, Tahoe City is about three miles down the hill and easily accessible via a scenic bike path. In town, you’ll find public beaches and piers, the Tahoe City Marina, and a variety of boats, jet ski and kayak rentals, along with restaurants, shops, and bars. The Nordic Center is also only a mile from the HOA where you can rent equipment and enjoy over 50 kilometers of groomed trails for cross county skiing and snowshoeing. In the summer, it's also a gateway to an extensive network of hiking and mountain biking trails.

This comfortable condo is thoughtfully equipped with everything you need to relax at home or unwind after a day of adventure. It’s on the ground level with a covered entrance offering easy access year-round and no exterior stairs to navigate during winter months. The lower level of the condo has a bedroom with 2 twin beds, a half bath, a full kitchen, living room with wood burning fireplace, stacked washer and dryer, and deck with outdoor seating. Upstairs in the loft, there is a queen bed overlooking the living room, and a full bathroom.

THINGS TO KNOW
- There is an exterior camera at the front door. There are no cameras inside.
- We provide a starting supply of toilet paper, paper towels, and laundry detergent, but recommend bringing extra for longer stays.
- We do not provide shampoo / conditioner / or body wash although there could be some left from previous guests.
- We recommend 4 x 4, AWD, or carrying snow chains in the winter months.
- There is no air conditioning in this rental.
- You can hear the road traffic from the condo especially on the back deck.

SHORT TERM RENTAL - PLACER COUNTY REQUIREMENTS
- STR Permit Number: STR25-8968
- Max Occupancy: 6 people aged 12 and older. Children under 12 are exempt.
- 1 Parking pass and parking spot in front of condo. Visitor parking is 1st come, 1st serve. There is no street parking at any time, including boats and trailers.
- Quiet Hours: 9PM - 8AM
- Fines for violations range from $1,500 - $5,000
