Description

This three-bedroom/two-bathroom home is pet-friendly and in a nice quiet, very cool neighborhood. High ceilings, loads of natural light and easy access to summer and winter trials makes it a pretty perfect house and location.

The open floor plan upstairs includes a living area, dining area, and kitchen with a breakfast bar. The dining table seats six and the breakfast bar four. There is a large deck and big windows in the house so everyone can enjoy the views! Off the deck there are stairs that go down to a fenced yard for your dog to play freely in.

The house sits in a fantastic location on the West Shore! It is found on a quiet cul-de-sac with easy access (one block!) to the trails that lead to Page Meadows and the Rim Trail. Great for hiking or biking in the summer and the trail to Page Meadows is often groomed for walking, snowshoeing or cross-country skiing in the winter. You can always find a Tahoe dog or two walking on this trail! You are also close to Sunnyside and Tahoe City, and just a short drive to Palisades Tahoe and Homewood resorts.

All three bedrooms and both bathrooms are on the downstairs level. The master bedroom has a king and ensuite bath, the second bedroom has a queen bed and the third bedroom has two twins. The one-car garage has room for all your equipment whatever the season. This property gives you convenient access to the very popular year-round West Shore recreation. It does not get much better than that!

PROPERTY NOTES
* We provide a starting supply of toilet paper, paper towel, and laundry detergent, but recommend bringing extra for longer stays.
* We do not provide shampoo / conditioner / or body wash although there could be some left from previous guests.
* We recommend 4 x 4, AWD, or carrying snow chains in the winter months.
* There is no air conditioning in this rental.
* Firewood is not provided and can be purchased at most local stores.
