This quiet and cozy studio loft is newly renovated located in the heart of Truckee in the Tahoe Donner Downhill Ski Area. This studio is complete with a king-size bed in the upstairs loft, full bathroom, kitchen*, comfy L shaped couch with a sofa bed and a flat-screen smart TV mounted on the wall included with a Roku. Included with this rental you have access to 3 guest parking spots and guest passes for all the amenities.

This desirable location is within close proximity to several other mountains and attractions.

*Tahoe Donner Amenities: The Trout Creek Rec Center is several miles down Northwoods Blvd so you will have to drive there. Vacation Rentals Guests do not have access to the Ski Bowl HOA amenities or pool.

*As part of your rental, you will have 2 guest passes. Each pass allows up to 4 guests per card to access Tahoe Donner facilities including pools, hot tub, children's play center, tennis, downhill skiing, cross-country skiing, snow play area, golf, driving range, beach access at nearby Donner Lake, boat rentals, fitness center, horseback riding, campground, and an extensive system of hiking trails. Guest access fees are currently $17 per person per day. Children 7 and under are free.

PROPERTY NOTES
* The kitchen has no stove or dishwasher but has plenty of cookware and equipped with two hotplates. The microwave is also a small convection oven.
* We provide a starting supply of toilet paper, paper towel, and laundry detergent, but recommend bringing extra for longer stays.
* We do not provide shampoo / conditioner / or body wash although there could be some left from previous guests.
* We recommend 4 x 4, AWD, or carrying snow chains in the winter months.
* There is no air conditioning in this rental.
