Premium Studio Loft Condominium #358 offers:
•    800 square feet in a completely renovated condominium with two sleeping zones, two bathrooms and an open living space with full kitchen, dining area and living area all in a two-story open Studio with Loft floorplan. This Premium Studio with Loft Condominium accommodates 3 to 6 people.
•    Downstairs is a dining area, full kitchen, full bathroom and living/sleeping space with views of the ridgeline across from the Resort.
•    The downstairs living space has a Full murphy bed, large wraparound Short Queen sleeper sofa, coffee table, 50" wall-mounted flat screen Smart TV, and faux fireplace/heater. Dining area with table that seats 6.
•    The full kitchen has granite counter tops and is equipped with a full refrigerator, dishwasher, microwave, coffee maker, toaster, cooking utensils. There is a 4 burner flat top range and oven.
•    The downstairs full bathroom includes granite counter tops and a walk-in shower.
•    Upstairs, the Loft features a private bedroom with a California King Bed, 40” wall-mounted flat screen television, and a second full bathroom with granite counter tops and a shower/tub combo.
•    Downstairs has a summer only portable air conditioning unit to take the edge off on warm summer days.
•    NOTE: This condominium does not have central heat. Rather, heat is provided by a faux fireplace/heater in the living space and 2 premium space heaters.

Perfect for a family or group of friends, this premium property provides a true sense of comfort on the slopes of Palisades Tahoe. Whether you are enjoying any of the 42 chairlifts in the winter or miles of hiking terrain in the summer, condo #358 is the perfect spot for ski-in/ski-out (or hike-in/hike-out) access for all four seasons.

The comfortable space is equipped with two sleeping zones! Located on the first floor, adjacent to the dining area, is your Full murphy bed and Short Queen sleeper sofa – a comfortable place to lounge during the day enjoy a rejuvenating sleep after a day in the great outdoors. The other separate sleeping areas is located in the upstairs Loft, with a luxurious California King bed.

On the first floor is a fully equipped and renovated kitchen with granite counters and stainless-steel appliances. The kitchen has a full size refrigerator, dishwasher, coffee maker, toaster, microwave, and 4 burner flat top range and oven– which means you can channel your inner gourmand in your home-away-from-home!

The living room space is inviting with its large windows and beautiful views of the ridgeline across from Palisades Tahoe Resort. This area has a large wraparound sofa that you’ll want to sink into after a day on the slopes. There is a relaxation-inspiring faux fireplace, coffee table and 50" wall-mounted flat screen Smart TV which lives large for your group to enjoy après beverages after a day adventuring around Tahoe! The dining table that seats six in 4 chairs and a bench are all a part of this spacious common area.

Upstairs in this property you have even more room. A plush California King bed makes a cozy sleeping area, tucked away in a private loft with a wall mounted 40” flat screen television to relax.

The condo has two full bathrooms. The downstairs oversized shower tub combo and the upstairs bathroom has an oversized walk-in shower. Both bathrooms feature granite counter top vanities and upgraded bathroom hardware.

Guests will enjoy the on-site amenities at ski-in/ski-out Palisades Tahoe Lodge, such as the seasonal outdoor swimming pool, indoor and outdoor hot tubs, indoor sauna and steam room, and very popular ping pong room! You are located just steps from the resort chairlifts, KT22 and the base-to-base gondola that connects you to the Alpine Meadows base at Palisades Tahoe resort.
If snow tubing, snowshoeing or Nordic (cross-country) skiing are of interest they are all nearby. Summer grants easy access to the hiking trails, nearby biking, Lake Tahoe beaches and boating, or North Lake Tahoe golf courses.

PLEASE NOTE: This rental is an individually owned vacation rental condominium, with one owner in a multi-floor property. Barring an emergency, we are unable to reassign guests to a different condominium and adhere to all stated cancellation policies.

PLEASE ALSO NOTE: This condominium does not have central heat. Rather, heat is provided by a faux fireplace/heater in the living space, 2 premium space heaters and ambient heat from the centrally heated adjacent common areas.

Mountain conditions, lift operations, and opening or closing schedules fluctuate with weather and are determined solely by Palisades Tahoe Resort – a different company altogether. Palisades Tahoe Lodge Rentals and Granite Peak Management do not oversee mountain operations. Refunds or re-booking are not available for weather related travel issues or resort closures.
