The open, well-designed kitchen sits adjacent to the living area, just waiting for everyone to gather and relax. The brand-new kitchen comes fully equipped and has a large granite covered island. A spacious dining area has a beautiful dining table that seats 8 comfortably and sits adjacent to the kitchen and living area. There are also four breakfast bar seats to take care of a few extras. The house’s sliding glass doors take you out to the outdoor patio to enjoy the views while and relax at the fire pit. There is a grill, outdoor seating and a dining table for outdoor dining. You will relish sitting outside on sunny days and you can take in the view from the hot tub in any season. The washer and dryer are in a separate room off the living area that also leads to the one-car garage. There is additional parking in the driveway for two cars.

The Primary Bedroom is on the main floor. It has an en-suite bathroom with a shower, King Bed and walk-in closet. Upstairs are three more bedrooms and two bathrooms. The bedrooms include a second Bedroom with another King Bed and attached bathroom. The second upstairs bedroom also has a King bed and walk-in closet. The fourth bedroom has twin bunk beds for the kids and a TV.

This Truckee Townhouse is a beautiful house in a perfect location for your vacation getaway. Centrally located, the house is close to Northstar, downtown Truckee and great Tahoe/ Truckee activities and experiences.

Policies
•Access to Schaffer's Mill Amenities is restricted to Schaffer's Mill Members and their guests only.
* We provide a starting supply of toilet paper, paper towel, laundry detergent, dish soap, hand soap and sponges. We recommend purchasing some supplies for extended stays. We do not provide shampoo / conditioner / or body wash.
*We recommend 4 x 4 or AWD in the winter.
*Parking - there is one inside parking spot in the garage and then 2 more fit in the driveway. Street parking is not allowed in Schaffer's Mill so please 3 cars only. Thank you.

Important Information


On March 11th Placer County implemented a new Short Term Rental Ordinance. They will be strictly enforcing these policies and can issue fines ranging from $1,500 - $5,000 to guests for each violation. A Few of the Main Points:


1. QUIET HOURS: (9PM – 8AM) No sound from a short-term rental should be audible from the parcel line and amplified sound (such as speakers) shall not be used outside at any time.

2. FIRE: Due to extreme wildfire danger all outdoor wood or charcoal burning is prohibited, including open wood burn pits, bonfires, campfires, and charcoal grills. Do not bring personnel grills or portable fireplaces. When a National Weather Service Red Flag Warning is in effect for the geographical area where the short-term rental is located, all sources of outdoor open flame (including gas/propane/pellet BBQs) are prohibited.

3. TRASH: Please keep our bears safe by properly storing and disposing of trash. Do not leave food unattended in your cars our outside for any reason. Trash should be disposed of in bear-proof trash receptacles. (Bear bins and dumpsters)


Parking is limited to 3 vehicles. There is a 1-car garage and room for two cars in the driveway.
