10 Days of Tahoe Adventure Sports Fun
Back for another year is one of Lake Tahoe’s most sought after summer events, Adventure Sports Week Tahoe (ASW). Created as a way to escape the mundane, the daily grind, ASW returns June 15-24, 2018 with a 10-day sports festival summer kick off that celebrates “clean air, clean water, a scenic single track and elevated heart rate” — all things adored about the alpine life.
Join other outdoor enthusiasts for a week of sports festivals, events, and Tahoe summer fun, from a triathlon to stand up paddleboarding, clinics, film, mountain biking, free guided hikes, runs, rides and kids’ focused events as well! It’s an excellent time to connect with Tahoe locals and visitors alike, with a concert by the lake or the chance to challenge yourself at the XTERRA off-road triathlon (one of ASW’s premier event) or Run to Squaw, or even the 4- or 8-hour mountain bike races where the most laps win.
