Your Safety is our Top Priority

We want to let you know, as we move forward, our reemergence to the rental world will include additional diligent cleaning protocols. Prior to reopening, each home or condo will be deep cleaned. After each guests’ departures additional time and steps will take place that include stringent cleaning and disinfecting. We take our commitment to cleanliness and care very seriously and are working to ensure the safety of our guests and staff.

Our Cleaning Protocols

We have researched the experts’ most recommended and effective cleaning products against COVID-19 and have integrated these products in our cleaning (EPA Certified Cleaners.). Additionally, we now have new, more stringent cleaning procedures to ensure a safe stay for all.

A minimum of 48 hours will be required between stays to ensure the safety of guests, as well housekeepers. This allows extra time to implement additional and more thorough cleaning procedures and inspections. This practice is to ensure the safety.

  • Our housekeeping department is paying particular attention to disinfect high touchpoints, including items switch panels, remote controls, table lamp switches, faucets, doorknobs, and handrails.
  • House cleaners will disinfect and sanitize each property with EPA Certified Cleaners.
  • We have increased the frequency of cleaning Tahoe Vacation Rental office and public spaces should you need to visit. This includes front desk, reservations area, offices door handles, public bathrooms, had rails and room keys.

We are committed to providing the highest quality care for you and guests. We will continue to monitor the latest guidance from federal, state and local officials on a regular basis and will update our information.

Can I Come Stay in Tahoe?

Due to safety concerns, we are not allowing guests to stay at our properties now. You may make a reservation for anytime starting June 5, 2020.

Can I Reschedule or Get a Refund?

If your reservation is scheduled for anytime between March 14th, 2020 and June 4, 2020, you are eligible to reschedule your vacation for a later date, or receive a full refund.
