Granite Peak Management is known as the premier property management company in the region. It manages the Squaw Valley Lodge and Donner Lake Village condo hotels, as well as multiple homeowners’ associations in the Tahoe-Truckee area. With its vast knowledge of the Tahoe vacation industry, it was only natural to add vacation home rentals to its fold of business ventures.
Granite Peak Management purchased Tahoe Vacation Rentals in July of 2016. Granite Peak Management has the infrastructure, resources and expertise to grow the company and provide even more services to both guests and homeowners. Granite Peak Management continues to grow the company and is excited to move into this new phase of the company’s legacy, expanding on what the original owners began over 40 years ago.
