With spring in full swing it’s never too early to plan your summer calendar! School will be out before we know it, and it’ll be time for a fun summer kick-off event, like the June 8, 2024! Food, wine and live music take over Tahoe City’s scenic walkway at this beloved North Lake Tahoe event. Hand-selected wines and delicious bites from locally acclaimed restaurants and caterers will be on offer at 30 tasting locations from 1-4pm. This annual event sells out fast so that’s why we’re sharing the news with you now; be sure to grab your tickets while you can!

Sip, Shop, Explore

Stroll the lakeside sidewalks sipping wine and shopping at local boutiques in the California sun. Start at Boatworks Mall where you’ll pick up your wristband and top up your glass along the way with a map of pouring locations leading you to wineries, breweries and local restaurants. Explore the different lookouts and pathways to the water while discovering the delicious side to Tahoe City one bite and glass at a time!

Tickets cost $65 for food and wine, or $25 for ‘designated driver’ tickets which is for food only. Cost includes a commemorative wine glass and proceeds benefit the Tahoe City Downtown Association. Bring a tote as you’ll want to take at least 1-2 bottles home with you!

Also new in 2023 is the “Grab Your Glass” pre-party on Friday, June 9 from 5:30 to 7:30PM at Boatworks Mall, which allows locals and visitors the opportunity to pick up their tasting glass and wristbands the day before and avoid the lines on event day. Details about the “Grab Your Glass” event will be emailed out to ticket holders in the weeks prior to the event.
